For more than 20 years, the International School on Low Temperature Plasma Physics: Basics and Applications, followed by the Master Class on varying topics, has been held at the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef, located in a village close to Bonn, Germany.
Situated in the valley of the River Rhine and surrounded by hills, vineyards, and picturesque river views, the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef provides a peaceful and venerable conference setting. Accommodation and full-board catering are available on-site, along with a spacious lecture hall suitable for a wide range of events. The pub in the basement of the former home economics school offers an inviting atmosphere to connect and socialize with one another. Today, the Physikzentrum Bad Honnef is the head quarter of the German Physical Society (DFG).
